Make IT Work (mITw) was formed by Tom Murphy in 2015. Tom worked for large multinationals for over 20 years, always focused on IT for Manufacturing and Supply Chain. He is passionate about IT bringing real benefits to business.

All too often IT programmes such as MES, ERP or even OEE implementations fail to deliver the needed gains for the business, but instead become inflexible barriers to continuous improvement. Manufacturing and the Supply Chain need people that understand both the business processes, technics and critical success factors, while also understanding what IT can offer and where it can contribute.
